My wife and I have been training with Rachel for an extended period of time and we both have solved signicicant problems thanks to her guidance and direction.  In my case, an orthopedic surgeon recommended therapy rather than surgery for lumbar issues.  Thanks to Rachel’s continuing efforts I no longer have any back problems.

Further, we are impressed with Rachel’s knowledge of the muscular and bone structure of the body, she is unique in her ability to recognize the source of pain, which many times is remote from the area of the pain, and direct exercises which address and overcome the problem.  Her approach to first determine basics such as the alignment of my ankles is unique.  Then her plan of exercises which first are directed to the “core” and particular muscle groups treats the entire body.  This includes cardio, alignment and postural problems, muscle weakness issues, breathing properly and diet.

Her approach is very complete with a variety of exercises which changes from time to time to suit the need, and we both have benefitted greatly from working with her.  Also, we have enjoyed our workouts immensely.
